Arrested in Phoenix, AZ in March 2024. Fatal hit-and-run. Andres Guerrero Talamantes “‘careened’ past a stop sign…and collided with the rear of [27-year-old David] Hadrich’s Harley-Davidson…[Hadrich] was dragged over 100 feet.”
